Gangtok is a safe travel destination. Political disruption is usually localised and everyone's aware of there being potential trouble days ahead. An area that may be avoided is Singla Bazaar, the twin city of Jorethang, in West Sikkim where cases of mugging, theft and worse aren't completely unheard of but by and large serious crimes against travellers are few and far between.

Arrive NJP Rlw Station / Bagdogra airport, Transfer to Gangtok & over Night stay at Gangtok

Day 02:
After breakfast at hotel, depart for the sight seeing Full day city tour of Gangtok Directorate of Handicrafts and Handlooms, Enchey Monastery, Research Institute of Tibetology, Chorten ( Stupa ), Orchid Sanctuary, Rumtek Monastery, Ganesh Tok, Hanuman Tok & Tashi View Point o/n at Gangtok.

Day 03:
After breakfast at hotel, depart for the sight seeing full day tour of Thshangu Lake & Baba Mander. o/n at Gangtok

Day 04:
After breakfast at hotel, transfer to the NJP Rlw Station / Bagdogra airport for your journey
