the whole body to attain proper balance of vatha, pitha and
kapha based on the panchkarma and swethakarma treatment.
The 15 days package process include body massage, snehapanam,
nasyam, virechanam(medicated purgative), snehavasthi, dhara,
pizhichil, njavarakizhi, karnapooranam, tharpanam, sirovasthi,
steam bath, Herbal drinks and internal herbal medicines.
Internal medicines are also included in this above package.

Arrive Kerala and Body Purification therapy programme starts
from the very first day according to there timing and plan.
The Schedule starts Rejuvenation Massage, Nasyam, and Snehapanam.
from day First to till day Third.
Day 04 : In Kerala Somatheeram Beach Resort
On the Fourth Day only Sirovasthy, Thaila Dhara.
Day 05 - 09: In Kerala Somatheeram

The schedule starts Thaila Dhara, Pizhichil,
from day Fifth to till day Ninth.

On the tenth Day only General Massage, Purgation.
Day 11 - 14: In Kerala Somatheeram
Beach Resort
The schedule starts Njavarakizhi, Tharpanam, Karnapooranam,
and Snehavasthy from day Eleventh to till Fourteenth.
