Itinerary
1st Day
Depart: 17:00
Engelhartszell is rich in history and boasts a whole range of cultural highlights: the Abbey Church (among Austria´s most authentic Rococo buildings), the Baroque-style Parish Church, the imperial Toll Gate and the Energie AG culture center, the 400-year old black smithy and the picturesque buildings in the town center.

Arrive: 06:00
Depart: 23:30
"Dürnstein is a small town of just over 900 people, best known for its grape growing, historic character and castle that imprisoned English King Richard the Lionheart. The town's location was ideal during the Middle Ages. The rocky, steep riverbanks protected against floods and allowed for fortification. Today, Dürnstein is regarded as the most romantic place in the Wachau Valley, making it a popular destination for tourists visiting the area."
3rd Day Vienna
Arrive: 06:00
Depart: 23:30
This is a real highlight of your Danube cruise: Vienna, the capital of Austria with that extra-special something. The locals sound as though they are singing when they speak, and it is customary for certain business owners to address their regular customers with their full title. That's just the way things are done here. With its wealth of museums, galleries, palaces and castles, plus the state opera and many theatres, the city enjoys a lively cultural scene all year-round. The Viennese are proud of their city â and rightly so!
4th Day Bratislava

Depart: 16:00
Danube River Cruise Bratislava has been the capital of Slovakia since its independence in 1993. Bratislava was also the capital of Hungary from 1536 to 1784. A visit should begin at the castle, which offers spectacular panoramic views over the "Beauty on the Danube". The Old City presents a fascinating network of attractive squares and winding lanes.
5th Day Melk
Arrive: 08:00
Depart: 16:00
Melk, town, northeastern Austria. It lies at the confluence of the Danube and Melk rivers, west of Sankt Pölten. The town was the site of a Roman garrison and was the castle-residence of the Babenberg rulers of Austria from 976 to 1101. The castle and surrounding lands were given in 1111 to the huge Benedictine abbey of Melk (founded in 1089), which dominates the city. The abbey was enlarged and fortified in the 14th century, but most of its palatial buildings date from its Baroque reconstruction (170236).
