  • Represent the product in important events & trade meetings.

Skills Required

  • Should have experience of more than 5 years in the airline sales field

Job Profile

The Luxury Cruise Sales Manager is responsible for representing premium and ultra-luxury cruise line partners in the assigned market. The role focuses on driving revenue through a balanced mix of B2B trade partnerships and B2C HNI client engagement, promoting luxury cruise brands.

  • 1. Sales & Revenue Growth
    • Drive revenue growth across luxury cruise brands through both travel trade partnerships and direct client acquisition
    • Achieve assigned sales targets through high-value cruise bookings.
    • Identify and develop new sales opportunities in the luxury travel segment.
    • Track booking trends, conversion ratios, and market demand to optimize sales strategies.
  • 2. B2B – Trade & Channel Development
    • Build and strengthen relationships with travel agents, luxury travel advisors, and tour operators.
    • Conduct product training, presentations, and sales meetings to enhance cruise product awareness.
    • Support trade partners in converting cruise enquiries and closing high-value bookings.
    • Identify new B2B opportunities within the luxury travel ecosystem.
  • 3. Market Development & Brand Representation
    • Represent assigned luxury cruise brands in the Delhi NCR market.
    • Collaborate with the Marketing team to design and execute brand campaigns, client mailers, and promotional initiatives.
    • Participate in roadshows, trade events, luxury exhibitions, and client engagement events.
    • Share regular product updates, offers, and campaigns with both clients and travel partners.
  • 4. Reporting & Coordination
    • Maintain and update all client interactions, sales activities, and booking information in Salesforce (CRM) to ensure accurate tracking and visibility of the sales pipeline.
    • Maintain sales pipeline and booking reports to track performance and conversion.
    • Monitor competitor activity and provide regular market insights and feedback.
    • Work closely with operations and cruise partners to ensure smooth booking processes and service delivery.
  • Key Skills & Competencies
    • Strong relationship management and consultative selling skills.
    • Exposure to luxury travel, cruises, or high-end travel products preferred.
    • Ability to engage with HNI clientele and travel trade partners.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Market knowledge of Delhi NCR luxury travel segment.
  • Experience & Qualifications
    • 8-10 years of experience in luxury travel sales, cruise sales, or high-end hospitality/travel industry.
    • Prior experience handling HNI clients and B2B travel partners will be an advantage.
    • Graduate in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
