"Have it all" fares are based on Promo(s) N1/U1. Featured fares are per person based on double occupancy, cruise, or Land+Sea Journeys only. Taxes, Fees & Port Expenses are additional. "Have it all" amenities are subject to availability, available for new bookings only, apply only to the cruise portion of Alaska Land+Sea Journeys, are not combinable with any other discounts and are not transferable or refundable. "Have it all" fares are applicable on select 2021, 2022 & 2023 departures.

Signature Beverage Package has a daily limit of 15 beverages, which includes all beverages priced at US$11.00 or lower and includes gratuities. Beverage package includes non-alcoholic beverages such as sodas and specialty coffees. Guests must order beverages one at a time and must be 21 years or older for alcoholic beverages. Sharing is not permitted. Beverage management reserves the right to revoke the package if misused and refuse service for any reason, including service of alcoholic beverages to intoxicated guests. Package excludes purchases made in Signature Shops, Mini Bar and In Room Dining, or beverages on Half Moon Cay.

Specialty dining is based on cruise duration and ship type. For 6–9-day voyages, guests will receive one night at Pinnacle Grill or Tamarind. For ships without Tamarind, guests will receive one night at Pinnacle Grill or Canaletto. For 10–20-day voyages, guests will receive two nights: one night at Pinnacle Grill and one night at Tamarind. For ships without Tamarind, guests will receive two nights: one night at Pinnacle Grill and one night at Canaletto. For 21+ day voyages (excluding Grands), guests will receive three nights: one night at Pinnacle Grill, one night at Tamarind and one night at Canaletto. For ships without Tamarind, guests will receive three nights: two nights at Pinnacle Grill, one night at Canaletto. Offer excludes Specialty Dining Events in the Pinnacle Grill such as Sel De Mer, De Librije and Sommelier Dinner. Reservations and dining times will be available to pre-reserve by August 29, 2021. Guests who do not choose to pre-reserve will have their dining times assigned onboard, and a confirmation card will be placed in your stateroom upon embarkation day.

Shore excursion offer is based on cruise duration. For 6–9-day voyages, guests can choose one free shore excursion (up to $100 value) or apply $100 off any one tour. For 10–20-day voyages, guests can choose two free shore excursions (up to $100 value per tour) or apply $100 off each of any two tours. For 21+ day voyages (excluding Grands), guests can choose three free shore excursions (up to $100 value per tour) or apply $100 off each of any three tours. Your free shore excursion offer will be available to book pre-cruise by August 29, 2021 or may be booked onboard. If you or Holland America cancel a pre-cruise tour reservation (more than 3 days prior to the cruise departure), we will automatically re-issue your promotional Shore Excursion credit to be used toward another tour selection. If a shore excursion (with the promotional credit applied) is cancelled on board before the published deadline, you will be refunded any amount paid, and your promotional credit will be issued back in the form of a non-refundable onboard credit, to be used toward another tour. Shore excursion credit under this promotion is non-transferable to other guests or bookings.

WI-FI Surf Package: surf your favorite sites including emails, sports, and news and general browsing. All onboard Internet usage is subject to Holland America Line standard policies, which may limit browsing of some sites due to network security and bandwidth usage. Applications that use high bandwidth may be blocked and offerings are subject to change with or without notice. The plan can be activated on any device but only one device can be actively connected at a time. Upgrades are available once onboard for a single day or the remaining duration of the voyage or for adding more devices. Offer applies to guests 1 & 2 only in a stateroom.

More Flexibility To Change Plans

Holland America Line has temporarily adjusted our cancellation policy to make it easier for you to cancel or change plans.

Book any cruise by June 30, 2021 (that departs through December 31, 2021) and you can cancel for any reason up to 30 days before departure and automatically receive a Future Cruise Credit. Additionally, you may cancel up to your sailing date if you test positive for or have confirmed exposure to COVID-19 and will also receive a Future Cruise Credit.

Flexible Cancellation

Eligible bookings meet the following criteria:
1. For cruise bookings made by June 30, 2021
2. Cruise embarking through December 31, 2021
3. Booking cancelled no less than 30 days prior to embarkation date. Or within 30 days of embarkation if you test positive for or have been directly exposed to COVID-19.

Within 30 days and up until your embarkation date, you may still receive a Future Cruise Credit if you test positive for or have been directly exposed to COVID-19.

You will receive an email notification when your Future Cruise Credit is applied to your Mariner number.

Covid-19 Protection Program

This new program provides peace of mind for guests who may have been directly exposed to COVID-19 or tested positive prior to their arrival at the boarding terminal (within 30 days). The coverage applies to the affected guests and confirmed close contacts, through the end of the cruise.
1. Receive 100% Future Cruise Credit for you and your immediate travel party if you are unable to board your scheduled cruise due to a confirmed positive COVID-19 test or directly exposed to COVID-19.
2. Receive 100% Future Cruise Credit for any missed cruise days, including time in quarantine or onboard isolation if you or your travel party tests positive during the cruise.
3. Reimbursement of change fees and expenses related to shipboard and shoreside medical care specifically for COVID-19, shoreside quarantine and travel home for you and your immediate travel party if any of you test positive during your cruise. Note, onboard COVID-related medical center visits and testing will be free of charge.
4. Any shoreside meals will be covered by a per-diem meal allowance Dedicated Family Assistance liaison for care and logistical shoreside support.

6. Assistance opening insurance claims (for those who are eligible).
7. Guests with insurance will be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred but not covered by their insurance.

How To Book With Your Future Cruise Credit

The Book with Confidence offer ("Offer") is available for Holland America Line cruises sailing on or before December 31, 2021 ("Eligible Cruise"). For new and existing bookings only made by June 30, 2021, for Holland America Line cruises sailing on or before December 31, 2021, consumers can cancel up to 30 days before the Eligible Cruise’s departure and the consumer will receive a Future Cruise Credit ("FCC") equal to the non-refundable amount paid to Holland America Line. The value of the FCC is subject to verification and will be determined by the actual non-refundable cancellation fees for the Eligible Cruise's booking, less any amount refunded in the form of original payment. Cancellation Protection Plan or Platinum Cancellation Protection Plan ("CPP"/"CPPP") premiums and reimbursed amounts shall not be included in the value of the FCC. Once verified and processed, the FCC will be applied to the consumer’s Mariner number. If consumer does not have a Mariner number, Holland America Line will create a Mariner number for the consumer. Consumer must use the FCC towards a future Holland America Line cruise booking within 12 months from date of issue or it will be forfeited in its entirety. FCC is only valid on cruises sailing through 2022. FCC may be subject to additional terms and conditions as provided by Holland America Line and may not be used for deposits, taxes, fees, or port expenses, or CPP/CPPP. The value of the FCC and the Offer are non-transferrable, are not redeemable for cash, and have no cash value. May not be combined with any other offers. Offer may be modified or withdrawn without prior notice. Any promotion or offer available during or with the Eligible Cruise booking shall not apply to the subsequent booking.
