Itinerary

Day 1-2

Barcelona (Tarragona), Depart 18:00
Set on the coast of Catalonia, the historic port city of Tarragona offers an authentic Catalan experience with coastal views, an atmospheric old town, and plenty of history to keep you captivated. Tarragona is also an easy gateway to Barcelona, which lies around an hour away by coach. Here you can experience Gaudí’s renowned architecture. Explore the Sagrada Família or Casa Vicens, wander through the Gothic Quarter, then follow Las Ramblas toward the sea, with local markets and tapas bars along the way.

Day 3


Day at sea
A day at sea gives you the opportunity to explore the ship’s array of amenities, take full advantage of the onboard activities and indulge in our chef’s exquisite cuisine. Kick back and soak up the sun as we treat you to drinks from the bar. Alternatively, why not participate in handicrafts, language lessons, traditional dancing, games or exercise. There’s plenty to do.

Day 4

Malaga, Arrival 08:00 | Depart 23:30
Sheltered by mountains, Málaga has an irresistible Mediterranean energy with palm-lined promenades, famous shopping streets, historic churches, and a marina filled with lively restaurants. The city where Picasso was born still feels deeply creative, with his museum at the heart of an atmospheric historic center filled with big-name stores and artisan boutiques. Above it all, Gibralfaro Castle offers sweeping views across the city and bay. As evening falls, Málaga takes on a new rhythm with live flamenco and the aroma of grilled sardines from waterfront restaurants.

Day 5


Gibraltar, Arrival 07:00 | Depart 18:00
Arrive in captivating Gibraltar to discover a unique blend of British charm and Mediterranean character. Head up to the Rock to see the famous monkeys – the Barbary macaques – and explore St Michael’s Cave. Discover the Great Siege or WWII tunnels, or take in views of North Africa from Europa Point, then return to Main Street for duty-free shops, cafes, and restaurants. When visiting in December, enjoy the Christmas lights and festive atmosphere around town.

Day 6

Casablanca, Arrival 07:00 | Depart 20:00
Casablanca is a city where modern style meets Morocco’s rich traditions. Start with the Hassan II Mosque and its intricate Moroccan craftsmanship, then wander through the Habous Quarter, known for traditional market streets, artisan shops, booksellers, and spice stalls. Discover the Art Deco and Moorish architecture of Mohammed V Square, take in Atlantic views along the Corniche, or enjoy local Moroccan dishes in a traditional riad.

Day 7

Cadiz, Arrival 10:00 | Depart 18:00
Steeped in more than 3,000 years of history, Cádiz reveals the charm behind its nickname, La Tacita de Plata (‘the Little Silver Cup’), with winding whitewashed streets on a peninsula encircled by the sea. Wander through the atmospheric old quarter of El Pópulo, climb the historic watchtower Torre Tavira for rooftop views, then taste fresh seafood near La Caleta beach. Beyond the city, explore Andalusia’s white villages or tour Jerez’s historic sherry cellars.

Day 8


Lisbon, Arrival 13:30
Lisbon welcomes you with panoramic views over the Tagus River, tiled facades, and hilltop viewpoints made for wandering. Explore the colorful streets of the Alfama district on foot or by traditional tram. In Lisbon’s riverside district of Belém, admire the iconic tower and the grand Jerónimos Monastery, two of the city’s most impressive historic landmarks. Then pause for a pastel de nata, Portugal’s famous custard tart, as the sound of fado music fills the city’s old streets.
