Does this policy cover Trip cancellation?

Yes. Prior to the commencement of the trip, if the insured person or immediate family member is hospitalized or there is an unfortunate death of immediate family members that results in the cancellation of the trip. What documentation is required for claims?

There is a standard Claim Form that is part of the policy pack. Depending on the nature of the claim, kindly refer to the relevant section for a list of the additional documentations that may be required along with the Claim Form duly filled by the customer.

Is medical onboard covered?

Yes, coverage under Outpatient Department (OPD) is up to a limit of USD $1000. Customers must keep their medical bills for reimbursement once they return to India. We will assist you in claim settlement process.

Can cruise insurance be extended in case the trip is extended?

Yes. A Good Health declaration form is to be submitted with Insurance Company 3 days prior to the end date of policy. The Good Health Declaration form can be requested from email: travel.insurance@sticgroup.com mention your policy no. in communication subject line.
